April 27th update

Good Evening AMY Parents and Guardians,

I hope this update finds everyone doing well and in good health. This week like last week teachers will have online assignments posted in their Google Classrooms. Next week starting Monday, May 4th, teachers will be sharing new learning and assignments with the students via google meets and their google classrooms. A full explanation of what this will look like as well as classroom codes and class schedules of live teacher meets will be posted to the AMY NW webpage by the close of business on Wednesday, April 29th.  This Friday, May 1st, we are asking students to login in during the scheduled class times that will be posted on Wednesday so that they can practice what things will look like starting on Monday, May 4th. While we understand that there may be some roadblocks for families with the new online school system, we ask that you communicate them with your teachers or Mrs. Floyd so that we can help to problem solve. Once the new information is posted on Wednesday I will send a communication to notify you. This week please reinforce to students that we still have high expectations and that we would like to see them log in to check / complete assignments and participate in Google Meets where applicable.
